Comming full circle, Jesse's fine art combines all of the above meduims into one. His one of a kind style of glass wood and canvas, is unlike anything out there. Working in this way Miller can work seamlessly from medium to medium in a single piece, for him this is what it is all about. |

Every now and then Jesse is asked to put his artistic mark directly onto buildings and walls. Painting murals is a different kind of art, it is to be done fast and large. These jobs are fun to dabble with but not something Miller likes to do on a regular basis. |

Growing up the son of an expert woodworker definitely has its perks. Jesse quickly learned to take full advantage of having a high end custom wood shop at his disposal, setting up a studio within the shop for creating his unique art. This allows him the space to create his oversized masterpieces. |

A medium that runs in the family, Jesse was taught the craft by his godfather who has worked professionally in the field for over 40 years. It seems that Jesse is growing each time he works with the glass. The length of time he has worked with glass is paying off in exquisite refinement. |

Like leaded glass, the chalk on foam method is another example of art running in the family. Jesse's father Larry pioneered the method back in the late 60's and handed down the process as Jesse came into his own. To date Jesse has his designs on over 50 surfboards. |

Before Jesse was out of high school, he had landed freelance jobs with the top surf companies of the time (Billabong, Quicksilver) and never looked back. Since then, he has gone on to do hundreds of logos and graphics for all kinds of companies and festivals (Reggae on the River). |
